Laura and I “met” more than 18 years ago in an online wedding planning forum when we were both planning our weddings. Since then we’ve remained online friends through pregnancies, having babies, and watching them grow up. And we’ve still never met in person.
Before we met, Laura had already established a reputation in her family for fun and creative holiday cards. In 2013, she had a fun idea, but needed some creative help. I helped with the technical and design side of things. From there, she’s come to me every year with her creative ideas and we’ve worked together to execute them. Thankfully, her husband and kids are always up for the adventure that is their family card.
2013 was our first year when she had this awesome idea. I have had a few clients ask me to make a version of these mug shots for their own family.
2014, you gotta zoom in on the details on this one.
2015, this one took a long time to photograph everyone separately; especially with their newest baby.

2024, another one you gotta zoom in on to read.
2025. Despite the theme this year, Laura’s husband and kids have always been enthusiastic about their creative holiday cards.
It has truly been a pleasure working with Laura every year on her holiday cards. I can’t wait to see what next year brings. Thanks, Laura!!
